Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed through ProtoPeptide.com are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. Orders submitted before 12:00 PM Eastern Time are prioritized for same-day processing, subject to inventory availability and payment verification.

Proto Peptide reserves the right to delay order processing if additional information or documentation is required to confirm payment or verify compliance with our purchasing terms.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer shipping through trusted carriers including but not limited to:

  • Canada Post
  • FedEx
  • UPS

Customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout, based on availability in their region. All shipping options include tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic (Canada): 2–7 business days
  • USA: 3–10 business days

These timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, customs clearance, and carrier-specific delays. Proto Peptide does not guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch. Tracking information will only be provided if tracking is included in your chosen shipping method at checkout. If you have not selected a tracked shipping option, no tracking details will be available, and Proto Peptide cannot guarantee delivery status updates.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information (if applicable) to become active on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method, and total order weight/volume. Proto Peptide does not profit from shipping charges.

Free shipping may be offered for domestic orders above a certain value, as part of promotional campaigns. Terms and eligibility will be clearly communicated on our website.

Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Taxes (Canada & U.S. Only)

All orders shipped to Canada and the United States may be subject to customs inspections, as well as import duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by local authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.

The buyer is solely responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred upon the package's arrival in the destination country. Proto Peptide has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned, destroyed, or delayed, for which Proto Peptide bears no responsibility. If an order is delayed, returned, or seized by customs due to regulatory restrictions or unpaid tariffs/taxes, Proto Peptide is not liable for any resulting loss or delay.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Proto Peptide due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Refusal to pay duties or accept delivery
  • Unclaimed packages

The buyer is responsible for any re-shipping fees. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, and restocking fees may apply.

Risk of Loss & Title

All risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. Proto Peptide is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in the custody of the carrier. We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at protopeptides@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, if applicable, coordinate a replacement or refund according to our policies.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Proto Peptide is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@protopeptide.is before your order is shipped.
